Vintage 1970s BT GPO 746F Cream Rotary Dial Telephone (1971) Untested | Poor Case
THIS IS NOT TESTED. I DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT LINE. SOLD AS NON-WORKING
This telephone appears to have been converted to fit a modern (ish) phone socket. This will not work on modern digital systems. My home system is no longer compatible due to line upgrade so I am unable to test. This is therefore sold as requiring conversion and testing.
This is solid and free from cracks. This telephone should be a cream colour but this looks a bit blotchy as if patches on the case have become bleached in sunshine. If you compare the handset of the unit with the body you will see a distinct difference on colour tone and consistency.
There is some grime build up on the white cable and also the red curly cable. Does not have original number disc.
